The parking garage is part of a 20-story apartment high rise recently purchased in Downtown Cleveland. Improving the lighting was one of the top priorities for this whole building renovation project. The lighting levels increased by over 50% and residents are very happy with the improvement. In this project, 86 pcs of 40w and 55w FCPG garage lights were implemented to replace 150w metal halide fixtures. 75 pcs of FWPT 35w wallpacks were used to replace 250w metal halide fixtures.
